“My husband’s condo in Montauk has been in his family for decades so needless to say it means so much to us. When it came time to do a full renovation, we really struggled over whether we should work with a professional designer or try to handle it ourselves. My husband stumbled across Studio MTK one day, and we are so grateful he did! Here are some things that especially impressed us:

First - and most importantly - Steffen & Sara are great listeners. We plan to continue to use the Condo as a family, but also rent it out on occasion, so we needed a happy medium between something that would reflect our style, appeal to potential renters, and withstand the wear and tear of renters, kids, our pup, etc. Somehow, their designs managed to account for all of this.

Second - Attention to Detail. Studio MTK’s experience comes across within just a few minutes of speaking with them, so we could let go of the stress and uncertainty of a major renovation project and just enjoy the process. This was priceless.

Third - Collaboration. Their process is clear and collaborative. We had a great time picking between the various choices Studio MTK had identified for us and getting their thought process on different things. Fourth - Great value. Now that our Condo is done, we know without a shadow of doubt that we got more value from working with Studio MTK than if we had tried to design the place ourselves.
